Natu Udyog Samuha is an umbrella identity, conceived in 2023 as an Association of Persons. By then, three ventures were running — real estate consultancy, a franchise network, and natural manures manufacturing and trading. Bringing them under one name made it simpler to show who we are and what we stand for. Each business keeps its own registration and team. The roots go back to 1996, when Milind Natu started Akshar Seva, a one-room printing firm.

B.Sc. Microbiology, Garware College, Pune. The Indian Army was the goal; eyesight limits closed that door.

Akshar Seva begins

A one-month screen-printing course became a proprietary firm — the first enterprise in the family.

1997–2004

अक्षरागणिक वाढ

Growing word by word

DTP, project reports, corporate print and college prospectuses. Vendor to Sudarshan Chemical, Camlin, Tata Batteries, Avaya, Cognizant and Symantec.

2005

A press of our own

A specialty screen-printing press, spot UV varnishing brought to Pune, and a team of ten.

2011

Reading the change early

The press was sold before screen printing declined, and real estate work began.

Balaji Real Estates

A proprietary firm — and a school in what a good broker must never do.

2015–16

नातू प्रॉपर्टीजचा जन्म

Natu Properties is born

On brand consultant Savita Patwardhan's advice, the firm took the family name. Emails, systems and punctual site visits set it apart in Kothrud.

2017–19

पगार नाही, यशात वाटा

No salaries, shared success

Sunil Khatravat, then Ashutosh Bhagat and Mahesh Mali, joined on a shared-commission model. MahaRERA agent registration in 2018.

2020–21

लॉकडाऊन आणि नातू प्रॉपर्टीज २.०

Lockdown, and Natu Properties 2.0

A team of three held together through COVID-19, and the franchise network took shape.

Milind and Alka Natu formed Natu Agro Udyog LLP: cow-dung cakes, dung powder, manure, vermicompost and vermiwash.

2022–23

Natu Udyog Samuha (AOP) was conceived, and the three running ventures were brought under its name.

2023

First batch, and a firm in its own right

Among the few agents in the first batch of the MahaRERA agent exam; Natu Properties registered as a firm (A52100041919).

2024–25

माय भारत बिझ — प्रयोग आणि निरोप

My Bharat Biz — tried and closed

A free directory of local Hindu entrepreneurs, closed after a year. Knowing when to stop is also a lesson.

Our structure, drawn as a temple

One foundation, three pillars, one purpose

Natu Udyog Samuha does not sell anything itself. It is an Association of Persons that holds the values, the name and the trust every Natu venture carries. Each business stands on its own — its own registration, team and website — and all of them rest on one foundation.

आमचा भावार्थ: देवाला सर्वोच्च स्थानी ठेवून, सर्वांना कामाला लावावे; कोणतेही शहर, राज्य वा देश असो — तेथील भूमी ढवळून काढून नव्या व्यवसाय-संधी शोधाव्यात; आणि त्या प्रत्येक प्रयत्नामागे धर्म व सेवा हाच हेतू असावा.

How we read it: Keep God above all and set everyone to work. Whatever the city, state or country, turn the ground over in search of new opportunity, with dharma and seva as the purpose behind every venture.
